The RCD Consulting, LLC
RCD Consulting, LLC (Relationships, Culture, and Diversity) was conceived in 2020 and brought to life in 2024. This company focuses on helping schools and businesses build healthy and sustainable environments by implementing skills and strategies centered on relationship building, managing stress, culturally relevant pedagogy, culture analysis, trauma and implicit bias training, diversity training and socio-emotional development. Whether in the classroom or outside of it, students, or adults, we bring research-based, innovative techniques to help build curriculums and relationships to the forefront by addressing diversity and culture.

We understand the need to adapt and provide updated solutions and suggestions to today’s unique educational and business environment. We work with schools who are remote, hybrid and/or in-person. We are available in-person or through video chat to provide professional development, workshops, semesterly, quarterly, or yearly consulting and guidance. We are here to help in any way possible, by providing students, adults, schools, and businesses valuable strategies and tools, and a blueprint for success so that you can be empowered, engaged and comfortable with enacting 21st century thinking and strategizing moving forward.

We also focus on the culture that is needed to be successful at the curriculum, instruction, assessment, and evaluation stage.
