Strategy Consulting
At RCD consulting we specialize in what is known as strategy consulting, where the consultant acts as an advisor to a business model or school in the sense of helping the organization to create and follow a short-term and long-term blueprint or strategic plan. Such a plan helps to establish the direction that the business/school will take in the short or long-term, along with creating a guide that defines the direction that the company will take to fulfill all goals. This includes that all plans can feasibly be reached with the current resources and financial assets or that plans be made to acquire those resources and financial assets to achieve said goals.

Transform Higher Education Courses
We help institutions of higher learning prepare pre-service teachers by implementing multicultural teaching strategies through research-based tools, pedagogy, and resources that will improve their ability to serve a diverse student population. This can be through professional development, working with the college/university to develop multicultural educational courses and/or training current professors and staff on multicultural elements.
Relationship Consulting/Coaching
We work with individuals and couples to help them establish, maintain, sustain, and retain high level/functional relationships. We provide exercises, advice, and guidance to help support healthy relationships.
